I started my business in 1993, selling a few puddings at the local craft market and my children's school in Melbourne, Victoria.

Since then my business has grown (just like the kids) with the help of my family and close friends.

From just a few dozen puddings in my first year, you will now find a selection of my puddings at the finest gourmet retail stores.

I supply many companies with corporate gifts and staff presents and proudly assist in the raising of funds for the Australian Red Cross, many churches, schools and clubs.
