Back in 1992, Mandi set up a card table at her kid's school fete in Melbourne. Armed with century-old family recipes and a passion for classic holiday warmth, Mandi has built a small business that's become a yearly essential for thousands of Aussies.
Over 30 years later, Mandi’s Kitchen has grown as a result of Mandi's dedication and passion; while keeping a firm hold on the tradition and quality of our handcrafted recipes. With help from Mandi's mother, kids, partner, and friends, this family affair has grown from local markets to retailing across the country.

50% of Profits Donated
Starting with the 2026 season, Mandi's Kitchen is becoming a social enterprise! We've always believed in doing what we can to make the world a better place, and are excited to be taking this next step in committing to donating 50% of our profits.
Working alongside another social enterprise, Humble Brag, we'll be contributing 50% of our profits to the registered Australian charity, Co-Ground. Co-Ground was founded in 2015 by Mandi's son, Andrew, and supports Indigenous young people and grassroots community development projects in the Asia Pacific.
We're making a family tradition a whole lot more meaningful!
